For The Love Of.......Easter Sets

Welcome to Our Daily Bread Design's Alumni Team's bi-monthly For the Love Blog Hop.  This week the Alumni team along with some of the ODBD designers are featuring a hop for the For the Love of ODBD Easter Sets! I've used a base of teal bazzill and layered with Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip and Breeze DP.  The next panel is more chocolate punched across the bottom with Deco Fan Border Punch and topped with more Breeze DP.  Across all of this I've added some Ivory satin ribbon.  The daffodil from Happy Easter has been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (Y21, Y35, Y38, YG11, YG13, YG17) and then airbrushed a little B000 around it (using a mask to protect the image).  This has been cut with Large Oval Nestabilities and matted with chocolate cut with Lacey Ovals.  Finally I've added a bow, the sentiment from the same set and made into a notched tag and a few Teal Pearls.

Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Teal cardstock, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, MME Breeze DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Large Oval and Lacey Oval Nestabilities, MS Deco Fan Punch, Bow Easy, Ivory Satin Ribbon, Kaisercraft Teal Pearls, Scissors

    I love the medallion look achieved by using the ovals and lacey ovals together. I have been wanting to add the lacey ovals to my collection and now seeing this card, I definitely will.
