For the Love of.....TAGS

Welcome to Our Daily Bread Design's Alumni Team's bi-monthly For the Love Blog Hop.  Today I've chosen ODBD's Spool and Tape Tag Set which is just so fabulous for those friends and family of yours that like to sew!!  :)

I've used a base of pink bazzill and layered with Very Vanilla and some Material Girl DP which I've sewn zig zag around the edge.  Next I've adhered part of a paper doily to one side and added a punched border strip (punched with Martha Stewart's Doily Lace Punch) and topped with pink satin ribbon and ivory crochet lace.  I've also added a pearl flourish into the top corner.  The tag and sentiment from Spool and Tape Tag Set have been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and then coloured with Copics.  The tag has been cut out with ODBD's matching Tag Die and framed with pink bazzill cut with Twisted Metal Tags and Accents Shapeabilities.  The sentiment was cut with another element from Twisted Metal Tags and Accents Shapeabilities, airbrushed with R81 and popped up on foam tape.  I've finished by adding a flower and greenery to the bottom corner and a seam binding bow (using the Bow Easy) to the tag.
