For the Love of......Scenic Stamps

Welcome to Our Daily Bread Design's Alumni Team's bi-monthly For the Love Blog Hop.  This week the Alumni team along with some of the ODBD designers are featuring a hop For the Love of ODBD scenic stamps! Check out each link and leave a comment. If you get lost along the way, check the ODBD blog for full list of links.  One of the post is a hop hot spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to win a $15 ODBD store gift certificate.  So, all you have to do is hop along and see all the creations and leave a little love!  You have until Wednesday, August 15th at 6 pm.   Enjoy all the beautiful designs using For the Love of ODBD scenic stamps!  If you've landed here from Connie's Blog then you are in the right place, if not, you may want to start back at the ODBD Blog so you don't miss any of today's inspirational hop!

I've created my card with a base of white cut with Romantic Rectangles Nestabilities and then cut layers of black and white with the corners trimmed with a corner rounder.  The white layer has been embossed with the Valor M-Bossibilites folder.  Around those two layers I've attached a wide piece of black ribbon and topped it with a thinner piece of white ribbon.  The lighthouse is from Light of the World stamp set and has been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copic Markers (C1, C3, C5, C7) and cut out with Large Oval Nestabilities.  The lighthouse was then framed with a mat of black cut with Lacey Oval Nestabilities and popped up on foam tape.  To finish I've added a white bow made with my Bow Easy and a few Kaisercraft Silver Rhinestones.

Stamps - Light of the World (ODBD)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, White, Black
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Romantic Rectangles, Lacey Ovals and Large Oval Nestabilities, Valor M-Bossibilities, Black and White Ribbons, Kaisercraft Silver Rhinestones, X-press It High Tack Foam Tape.

The next destination for you on today's hop is SILKE and she has something fabulous waiting for you!!

Thanks for visiting and enjoy the hop!  :)
