ODBD 9th Anniversary!

Hello Everyone!  Today ODBD is celebrating it's 9th Anniversary and what better way to celebrate than with a special Anniversary Die Set and Stamp Set!  I have wanted a large number die set for a while and what do you know, ODBD have brought out just the die set for me!!  Not only is Large Numbers BIG, it's pierced as well!!!  *HAPPY SIGH*  This will be used over and over for sure.  Let's not forget the new Celebration clear stamp set filled with sentiments for all sorts of occasions!

Of course it wouldn't be a true celebration without prizes and you have your chance to WIN!!

Prize Information:
Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 Gift Code to the ODBD Website  just for commenting on the Design Team cards!  You have until March 18, 2017 at 9:00 p.m. EST to leave your comments on the Designers Blogs for a chance to win!  The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on March 19th, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!

Now I had plans to make my first card a little more simple than it ended up, but I just couldn't seem to stop!!  :)  I've used a lot of dies as well as the new Celebration Stamp Set!  To create the card base, I've cut a piece of pink card with Side Step Card Die and then created the feature panel with Circle Scallop Rectangles Dies, Pierced Circle Dies and Large Number Dies.  The panels for the 'steps' have been made out of purple card and Plum Pizzazz Collection paper.  Next came the balloons using Balloons and Streamers Dies to cut pink, purple, white card and Whimsical Wildflowers Collection paper.  Finally I've stamped the sentiment from Celebration stamp set in Versafine Black and cut it with Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies.

Stamps - Celebration (ODBD)
Ink - Versafine Black
Paper - ODBD Plum Pizzazz Collection, ODBD Whimsical Wildflowers Collection, Pink, Darker Pink, White, Purple
Accessories - ODBD Side Step Card Die, Circle Scallop Die, Pierced Circles Dies, Large Number Dies, Balloons and Streamers Dies, Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies, X-press It Foam Tape

It seems I couldn't stop at just one and decided to make a masculine card while I was at it.  The fantastic thing about the Large Number Dies is that they are PERFECT for the dreaded MAN CARD.  You all know what I'm talking about!!  By the time you put the number in question on the front, there really isn't a lot more you need to do and the male recipient is sure to love it.  :)

For this card I've used a base of Marina Mist and layered with white and more Marina Mist cut with Circle Scallop Rectangles Dies.  Next I've stamped the Happy Birthday from Celebration in Versafine Black and then cut the panel out with Double Stitched Rectangles Dies and placed a hessian (burlap) ribbon around the bottom.  Cut circles with Circles Dies and Pierced Circles Dies and then die cut blue card with the Large Numbers Dies and pop it up on foam tape and you're done!
