Hello Gorgeous!

Hello Everyone!  It's time for a little Power Poppy Friday and some of the Bloomies and I have some new Power Poppy inspiration for you!  Don't forget this month's Power Poppy Power and Spark Challenge is still on, but you only have until June 30th at 8pm USA EST!

So....what inspired me today?? Well, I just had to play with the new Best Day Ever stamp set and I just love this fun sentiment!  I started with a base of Marina Mist and layered with Baked Brown Sugar, cream and some FabScraps Under the Sea 2 DP.  Next I've added a couple of pieces of twine and then a panel of Baked Brown Sugar topped with more Under the Sea DP.  I've stamped the image from Best Day Ever in Memento Tuxedo Black (twice) onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured it with Copics.  I've cut one image out completely, the other I've coloured only the hat and cut it out and popped it up over the other.  I've framed the image with Marina Mist cut with Stately Circles and cream cut with Large Circle Nestabilities and this whole panel is also popped up on foam tape.  The sentiment has been stamped in black onto cream, cut into a notched tag and attached as shown.  To finish I've added a couple of clear dew drops.

Stamps - Best Day Ever (Power Poppy)
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Marina Mist, Baked Brown Sugar, Cream, FabScraps Under the Sea 2 DP
Accessories - Copics, Spellbinders Stately Circles and Large Circle Nestabilities, Twine, Dew Drops, X-press It Foam Tape

Want more inspiration??  Pop by the blogs of these Bloomies and see what they have in store for you today!!  :)
That's all from me today, thanks for visiting and hope you are inspired to stamp!  :)

What a gorgeous card, Kathy! I LOVE the image and how you've colored it, fussy cut it, and popped it!! The hat is what really draws me in with its dimension and depth of color! It's just the sweetest (I have an affinity to sun hats...and quite a collection here in South Florida!). Beautiful color combination, and I love the twine above...and photographed with that sweet shell! Ah! Just love it all! Hugs!

Oh Kathy this is so sweet! So summery and soothing! It must be so strange to you to create summery in your winter....our crazy continents switch! :)
