Glistening Paperwhites

Hello Everyone!!  It's Day 5 of the Power Poppy October Release and today we are showcasing the last set called Glistening Paperwhites!  This special grouping will breathe a whoosh of fresh air into your cardmaking, with an illustration of classic Paperwhites paired with Juniper and Seeded Eucalyptus.  I just love that there is some Eucalyptus in this set since for Aussies like me, Christmas is a time we spend outdoors and the Eucalyptus (or Gum Trees as we call them) are everywhere!

Boo!

Hello Everyone!!  Happy October and for my Northern Hemisphere friends that means it's Pumpkin Month for you so I thought this cute pumpkin and cat image from Feeling Fall would be perfect to show you!  (Here in Australia it is now Spring and the weather is warming up beautifully which makes me very, very happy!)  :)  I actually started colouring this image from Feeling Fall a few weeks ago, but it was only today that I finally got it made into a card - sad it know!  There it was stamped, coloured, even die cut and sadly waiting for it to be made into something!

Today I finally made the base of Wisteria Wonder (crop the bottom corners), added a layer of black with the bottom edge punched with a border punch and then topped with some Kaisercraft paper.  Around this I've added some ribbon and tied a knot.  I've matted the already coloured and diecut image from Feeling Fall with black cut with Opulent Ovals and popped it up on foam tape.  Add a couple of buttons, stamp then sentiment, also from Feeling Fall, in the corner and add a little bit of piercing and you're done!

Stamps - Feeling Fall (Power Poppy)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Wisteria Wonder, Black, Kaisercraft 13th Hour DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, ODBD Double Stitched Oval Dies, Spellbinders Opulent Ovals Dies, MS Iron Gate Border Punch, Ribbons, Buttons, Paper Piercer, X-press It High Tack Foam Tape

Well, that's all I have for you today, thanks for popping by and keep a look out for the new Power Poppy October Release coming VERY SOON!!!  Hope you are inspired to stamp!!  :)
