Summer Beach Babe

Hello Everyone!!!  It's CopicOz Challenge time again and this month the challenge is to create a Summer Themed Card!!  Summer is well and truly here for those of us living in Australia and I'm sure many are at the beach over the Christmas/New Year break!!!  For our friends in the Northern Hemisphere, perhaps this is just the challenge you need to escape the snow and cold that you have!!

The base is created of yellow bazzill, white and three pieces of October Afternoon Sidewalks DP.  The middle piece has been layered on another piece of white punched top and bottom with the MS Deco Fan border punch.  I've decided that I needed bright, happy colours for my sweet Beach Marci stamp, she's been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black on X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copic Markers (G20, G21, G24, Y21, Y35, Y38, RV55, RV63, RV66, E50, E51, E53, YR31, E000, E01, E11, R20).  I've cut her out with scissors and framed her with white (cut with Large Oval Nestabilities, lightly sponged with Summer Sky ink) and yellow (cut with Big Scallop Ovals Large Nestabilities).  To finish I've added a couple of blush pearls to the top corner and a sentiment from Flourishes' Sunflowers set to the bottom.

Stamps - Beach Marci (La La Land Crafts), Sunflowers (Flourishes)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Yellow Bazzill, White, October Afternoon Sidewalks DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Large Oval and Big Scallop Ovals Large Nestabilities, MS Deco Fan Border Punch, Scissors, Blush Pearls.

That's all from me today, thanks for visiting!!!  :)

Christmas Tags

Hello Everyone!!  Christmas is fast approaching and here are a couple of gift tags that were in the October Issue of Cardmaking, Stamping and Papercraft!  These were quick and fun to make using JustRite's Deck The Halls set with Spellbinders' Labels 18, Large Oval and Heirloom Ornament 2011 die sets!

I don't know about you - but life is definitely hectic here and I'm still wrapping last minute gifts and buying food and trying to stay calm!!  :)  This will be my last post before Christmas, so I want to wish you all a truly Merry Christmas, full of love, joy and peace!  (And hopefully a couple of special goodies under the tree!!)  :)

Blessings
Kathy  :)

It's a Purple Christmas!

Hello Everyone!!  You will probably remember in October when I announced that I'd made the cover of Australian Simply Cards, well now I can finally show you what went into that feature!!  :)  I've made three card and gift sets, a beginner, intermediate and an advanced, all using Mitten Weather paper and JustRite's Merry and Bright Stamp Set.

For the beginner, I did a small gift card and matching candle, stamps are Merry and Bright by JustRite!

The intermediate is a standard sized card and matching Gable Box.

And lastly, the advanced set is a 5 1/2" square card and matching luminara!!

That's all for today, thanks for visiting!!!  :)

Sunflower Girl

Hello Everyone!!  Today as Splitcoast, the Free 4 All challenge is Winter Flowers!  Not necessarily to have flowers that bloom in Winter, more a bit of colour to cheer those who live in the Northern Hemisphere where the snowy Winter has set in.  Here in Australia however, we are in glorious Summer and thankfully it's not too hot and humid yet!  :)  I look around and see flowers galore, beautiful Frangipani, Poinciana, Agapanthus and still some Jacaranda so it wasn't hard to be inspired for this challenge!  :)

I've used Sunflower Girl and the Prima Donna Petals Die-namics for my flower elements on my card, both by My Favorite Things.  I've stamped my girl in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured her with Copic Markers (R81, R83, R85, E000, E01, E11, E33, E35, YG13, YG17, E50, E51, E53, YR31, R20, Y21, Y35, YR24).  She's been cut out and popped up on foam tape and framed with white (using Large Oval Nestabilities), pink (Dainty Doily Die-namics), and green bazzill (Labels 8 Nestabilities).  For the flower and paper panels, I've used October Afternoon Sidewalks DP and I've finished with a little bling in the corners!  :)

Stamps - Sunflower Girl (MFT)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Pale and Mid Pink Bazzill, Green Bazzill, White, October Afternoon Sidewalk DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Prima Donna Petals, Fancy Flourish and Dainty Doily Oval Die-namics (MFT), Large Oval and Labels 8 Nestabilities, Embossed Curve Punch, Kaisercraft Silver Rhinestones, Pink Satin Ribbon, Scissors, Foam Tape.

That's all from me today, thanks for visiting!!!  :)

Another Teacher Gift

Hello Everyone!!  Here's another journal, this one went to my son's Grade 4 teacher who happens to love purple.  :)

I found some purple Heidi Grace paper deep in my stash and stamped and coloured the Zinnias from Flourishes in V20, V25, G24, G28.  I've framed the Zinnias with MFT's Oval Dainty Doily dienamics and then double framed with Grand Nestabilities Labels 4!  Across the bottom, I've stamped the teacher's name using JR's Times New Roman Font and cut it out with the JR Nested Sentiment Die.

I'm hoping to have some cards for you soon - most of the ones I've made lately are going to be published in magazines next year which is pretty exciting!!

Also - tomorrow I've got a tutorial on the CopicOz Blog, so I hope you stop by and have a look!!  :)

That's all for now, thanks for visiting!!  :)

Teacher Gift

Hi Everyone!!  Here in Australia it is the end of the school year!  My boys have now finished Grade 4 and Grade 1 and what a hectic few weeks it has been!  I apologise for the lack of blogging, I've just been too exhausted to keep up with it all of late.  I do however have a couple of journals to show!  Each year I give covered notebooks to each of the teachers and aids (which this year came to a total of 6!) and although I'm not going to show them all, I thought I would show you a couple!  ;)  This one went to the Grade 1 teacher (who my eldest son also had a few years ago!) and I know she loves pinks and greens.

I've taken some Kaisercraft paper and covered the front and then added some wide white ribbon down the side.  Next I added a panel of more paper matted with pink bazzill with the bottom punched with the MS Iron Gate Punch and added a piece of pink ribbon down the side.  The image is from Flourishes' Lenten Rose set, has been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured with Copic Markers, cut out with Large Rectangle Nestabilities and then matted with pink bazzill cut with Fleur de Lis Rectangle Nestabilities.  I've finished by adding some pink pearls to the top corner and the teacher's name to the striped panel.

This teacher retired from full time teaching this year and we were sad to see her go, but I'm happy to say, she loved the journal!!  ;)

Thanks for visiting, I'll have another one for you soon!!  :)

The Beauty of Winter

Hello Everyone!!  This month the challenge is to create a winter/holiday creation. Link up your Bringing Back Beautiful Challenge creations on the Flourishes Blog to enter. If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword BBB17. You have until December 31th to enter! As we unveil our challenge for next month, we’ll share our True Beauties – those card makers who wowed us with this challenge! Winners will be featured on the Flourishes Blog and will receive a True Beauty blog button to display proudly on their blog!

I've made a Christmas card using Flourishes' Christmas Classics set for this month's challenge.  I've made it a Wintery Shaker card (even though here in Australia it's always scorching hot at Christmas time) to get everyone into the festive spirit!  I've used a base of Riding Hood Red and layered with white (pierced) and some Bo Bunny DP.  The side panel is the reverse side of the DP and matted with Chocolate Chip punched with MS Woodland Branch punch.  Over this I've added some ruffled cream ribbon and then a piece of red gingham ribbon.  I've stamped the cardinal in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copic Markers (R32, R25, R37, R39, Y23, BG0000, E21, E25, E27).
The shaker is made of Riding Hood Red cut with two of the Labels 16 dies and then glued a piece of acetate to the back. I then sprinkled some Polar White Flowersoft onto the back and adhered the coloured cardinal panel to the frame using X-press It High Tack Foam Tape.  I've stamped the sentiment from the same set, cut with Small Circle Nestabilities and matted with more red cut with Lacey Circle Nestabilities.  To finish I've added a double gingham bow, topped with a button and silver twine and a few more buttons to the top corner.

Stamps - Christmas Classics (Flourishes)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card,  Riding Hood Red, White, Bo Bunny DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Labels 16, Small Circle and Lacey Circle Nestabilities, May Arts Cream Faux Suede Ruffled Ribbon, Red Gingham Ribbon, Bow Easy, Buttons, X-press It High Tack Foam Tape, Paper Piercer, Mat Pack.

Pink Butterfly

Hello Everyone!!  Things have been crazy at the Jones house of late, not only is the Christmas season upon us, but for Australians, this is also the end of the school year - and with 3 kids, this means I run non-stop for a few weeks with little time for cardmaking.  I hope it settles down when school finishes next Friday!!  This is a card I made for the Hope You Can Cling To challenges at SCS that I realised had not made it to my blog.  This one was hosted by Lydia and was to have a Pink Critter on it!!  Now I don't own a lot of 'critter' stamps, so a butterfly it is!!  :)

I've stamped both the flowers and butterfly in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (YR20, YR21, YR23, YR24, G40, G82, R81, R83, R85).  The flowers were cut out with Large Circle Nestabilities and framed with green cut with MFT's Dainty Doily Die.  The butterfly was cut out and offset.  Simply added some ivory ribbon, a bow and notched tag using a sentiment from JustRite's Just Because set.

Stamps - Butterflies and Blossoms (Flourishes), Just Because (JustRite)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Green Bazzill, Chocolate chip, MME Sunshine DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Large Circle Nestabilities, Dainty Doily Die (MFT), Satin Ribbon, Bow Easy, Scissors, Glue.

That's all for today, thanks for visiting!!!!  :)

Featured Stamper Blue Butterfly

Hello Everyone!!!  This week I was able to play in the Featured Stamper challenge at SCS!  The FS this week is Tenia Sanders-Nelson who has a lovely CAS style.  Now CAS as you know, is not really my thing, but I was inspired by THIS CARD and was also able to play with a new background stamp by JustRite!  :)  My Aussie friends will know that usually background stamps are too short for our standard C6 (6 x 4in) cards and we have to be a bit creative at times, well guess what??!!!  The new JustRite background stamps are 5 3/4in x 4 1/2in!!!  YAY, now a perfect length for our standard card size!!!  For my international friends, what does this mean for you......no more having to perfectly line up your stamp to fit - you have room to play with if you are a little bit off!!!!  Happiness all round!!!  :)

Anyway, back to the card - I've used a base of blue bazzill and layered with yellow bazzill.  Next I've stamped the Scrolled Vine Background stamp by JustRite in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured the vines with Copics (B32 and Y21 & Y35 for the oval accents) and adhered this to the yellow panel.  Next I've cut some yellow with Fancy Tags 2, run some blue ribbon through it and attached it to the card.  The sentiment is from Shabby Chic Labels Four stamp set and has also been cut out with Fancy Tags 2 and I've snipped off the decorative pieces.  I've accented it with a 0.3 Multiliner using SU's Mat Pack.  Next I've stamped the butterfly from Botanical Butterflies (also on blending card) and coloured with Copics (B01, B32, B34, YR24), cut it out and glued it to the Fancy Tags panel.  Finally I added a blue bow and a couple of yellow butterflies accented with pearls.

Stamps - Scrolled Vine Background, Shabby Chic Labels Four, Botanical Butterflies (JustRite)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Blue and Yellow Bazzill
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Fancy Tags Two Shapeabilities, MS Butterfly Punch, Blue Satin Ribbon, Bow Easy, Scissors, Kaisercraft Bliss Pearls.

That's all from me today, thanks for visiting!!!  :)

The base is made up of Rich Razzleberry, white, Old Olive and MME Blush DP.  I've framed the Orchids with some pale pink bazzill and Old Olive cut with Labels 17 and finished with some White Crochet Lace, satin ribbon, a bow (of course!) and a little bit of bling!

Beauty of a Fold

Hello Everyone!!!  With so many different folds out there try to use something other than an original card fold. You may find some examples online at the Splitcoaststampers Library.  Link up your Bringing Back Beautiful Challenge creations HERE to enter. If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword BBB16. You have until November 30th to enter! As we unveil our challenge for next month, we’ll share our True Beauties – those card makers who wowed us with this challenge! Winners will be featured on the Flourishes Blog and will receive a True Beauty blog button to display proudly on their blog!

I followed the Center Step Card tutorial on SCS for my card although I made it a little skinnier (5" x 11") so that I could use the MS punch around the page set for my feature panel!  The base is pink bazzill, then punched a piece of Very Vanilla with the Deco Fan punch around the page set.  For the other three panels I've used Vanilla and topped with pieces of MME Lost and Found DP.  I've stamped the roses from Flourishes' A Year in Flowers 2 set in Memento Tuxedo Black on X-press IT Blending Card and coloured with Copics (RV000, RV32, RV34, G20, G21, G24, G28) and then cut out with scissors.  I've popped this up on foam tape over a panel of more DP cut with Large Oval Nestabilities and matted with pink bazzill cut with Labels 18 Nestabilities.  The sentiment is from Flourishes' Zinnias set and has been stamped in Memento Rich Cocoa and cut out with Fancy Tags Shapeabilities and trimmed with scissors and matted with pink also cut with the same die.  Finally I finished with pink butterflies punched with MS butterfly punch and added several pearls.
Stamps - A Year In Flowers 2, Zinnias (Flourishes)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Pink Bazzill, Very Vanilla, MME Lost and Found DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black, Memento Rich Cocoa

Vintage Thank You

Hello Everyone!  Today's card is for a couple of things, the first is Edna's Hope You Can Cling To challenge at Splitcoaststampers, you can find all the details in the HYCCT Forum at SCS!  The second thing is, I got to play with a new JustRite stamp set!!  YAY!!  :)  This is part of their new Fleur de Lis Labels Twenty set and I thought it would be perfect with the Lace Borders to create a vintage styled card.

I've started with blue bazzill and layered with Very Vanilla and Authentique Journey DP.  Next I've added another panel of vanilla topped with some more Journey.  Across these panels I've added a piece of Very Vanilla that I've run through a crimper and topped with some white tissue paper that has been stamped with Lace Borders in Memento Summer Sky and cut out with scissors.  I've then stamped the Fleur de Lis Labels 20 stamp in Summer Sky and cut out with Spellbinders Labels 20 Nestabilities and popped up on foam tape.  The sentiment is from the same set, stamped in Memento Rich Cocoa and made into a notched tag secured by a butterfly, also from the same set stamped in Rich Cocoa and coloured with B21 and RV00.  I've added an identical butterful to the lace border and finished with a few pink pearls in the top corners.

Stamps - Fleur de Lis Labels Twenty (JustRite)
Paper - Blue Bazzill, Very Vanilla, Authentique Journey DP

Today we are showcasing the totally fun and happy JustRite Clear set - Topsy Turvy Cakes!!!  Oh My - this one is sooooo much fun and fabulous to colour!!!  Of course with such images and themes, I just had to make a bright, fun card and since the cake was all topsy turvy, I figured the panels may as well be wonky as well (not that I'm usually fond of panels that aren't straight!).
I've used a base of yellow bazzill, chocolate chip and Modern Homemaker DP.  The next panel is more chocolate and more DP.  Over these panels I've added two pieces of ivory satin ribbon.  I've stamped the cake from Topsy Turvy Cakes in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (B21, G20, G21, Y11, Y13, RV000, RV32, RV34).  I've cut it out and popped it up on a panel of Very Vanilla cut with Long Rectangle Nestabilities that's been stamped with the sentiment from the same set in Memento Rich Cocoa and framed with chocolate chip cut with Long Scalloped Rectangle Nestabilities.  I've finished by adding a rhinestone flourish, a couple of rhinestones to the corner and a few flowers.

Swimming for Katie

Hello Everyone!  Today's card is a special one made for the Swimming for Katie shout outs that are going on in Blog World and on Facebook.  If you haven't heard about Katie Renz's story, here's some background....

Katie’s cancer story started just before Christmas last year.  This young, beautiful, healthy, vibrant mother of 3 with her infectious smile was suddenly diagnosed with an inoperable cancer, virtually overnight.  A few tummy aches and then stage 4 gastric cancer.  Her first post about it is here.

The idea of “Swimming for Katie” came from her recent post here.

Her post reminded me of Finding Nemo:  “Don’t give up!  Just keep swimming! Keep swimming…just keep swimming…” because that was the only way to survive and escape from the fisherman’s net.

Katie is a papercrafter and has been on design teams as well as a co-ordinator.  I can't imagine how difficult things are for her and her family right now - we are the same age, both with 3 young children, it so easily could have been me.  Papercrafters are an amazing lot, a few illustrators have used their talent to design digital stamps that are being sold at I *heart* Papers and all proceeds are going to the Renz family.  I chose Marianne Walker's Keep Swimming Mermaid stamp and sentiment set!  You can find the fundraising stamps HERE or the information and Donate page HERE.

Stamps - Keep Swimming Mermaid (Marianne Walker)

JRC_060 Sketch Challenge!

Hello Everyone!!!  Today's challenge from JustRite Stampers is a SKETCH CHALLENGE!!!  WOOHOO!!!!  I love a good sketch to get the juices going!!  :)  You can find all the details for today's challenge on the JustRite Inspiration Blog!!  Here's the sketch if you want to get going straight away....
I've used the new CLEAR set by JustRite called O Christmas Tree for today's card.  You know you have to get cracking on those Christmas Cards when you walk into your nearest supermarket and all the Christmas Decorations are out already!!  :-0  I've stamped the tree, stump and star in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (Y21, Y35, Y38, E13, E15, E17, G20).  These shapes are really easy to cut with scissors and then I've glued them together.  The base is made of dark green bazzill, white and some Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather DP.  The next panel is more white and more DP from the same paper pad.  I've punched the bottom and scored from the points of the punched edge then wrapped some silver satin ribbon around it.  I've used Fancy Tags Two to cut out the decorative panel and popped the tree up on foam tape.  To finish I've added a bow and several clear rhinestones.
I've stamped the back with my name and blog addy with the My Blog, My Card stamper!!  I love this thing - it makes my life sooooooooo much easier!!!  :)

Stamps - O Christmas Tree (JustRite)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Green Bazzill, White, Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Fancy Tags Two, Silver Satin Ribbon, Bow Easy, Fiskars Lacy Days of Summer Punch, Kaisercraft Silver Rhinestones, Foam Tape, Scissors.

That's all from me today, hope you play along with the JR Sketch Challenge this week - I'd love to see what you create!!!

BBB15 Beauty of a Technique!

Hello Everyone!!!  There are so many on-line resources sharing tips and techniques with stampers. One surefire favourite is the Resource Library over at SCS! So, this month’s Bring Back Beautiful Challenge is to be inspired by a technique you love, or maybe one you've never tried! Link up your Bring Back Beautiful Challenge creation HERE to enter. If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword BBB15. You have until October 31st to enter! As we unveil our challenge for next month, we’ll share our True Beauties – those card makers who wowed us with this challenge! Winners will be featured on the Flourishes Blog and will receive a True Beauty blog button to display proudly on their blog!

Well I had a lovely stroll through the Resource Library at SCS and found a technique that I hadn't tried before --- FAUX TILE!!  I thought I'd try something new!!  :)

I began with a base of yellow bazzill, layered with Chocolate Chip and some Authentique Blissful DP.  Down one side I've added more yellow bazzill punched with the Iron Gate Punch and topped with some May Arts Satin Ribbon.  I've stamped the beehive from Flourishes' Bee My Honey set in Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured with Copic Markers (RV55, RV63, RV66, Y11, Y15, Y17, BG0000, B32, B34, BV11, BV13, YG91, YG93, YG13, G21, G24, G28, E31, E33, E35, YR20, YR23, YR24, N0).  I cut the image out with Large Square Nestabilities (the one that's a 3 inch square) and cut it in 1 inch squares.  Then I added Dimensional Magic to each of the squares and left it to dry.  The Dimensional Magic is water based, so as you can see, it doesn't affect the Copic colouring in anyway!  :)  I found the next morning that my squares were a little curved from the DM and when I tried to flatten them a bit they cracked, so some of my 'tiles' are cracked!

Next I glued them to a 3 3/8in piece of Chocolate Chip and put something heavy on it while it dried to keep it flat.  Finally I adhered it to a piece of yellow cut with Lacey Square Nestabilities and added a bow to the ribbon.
I've decided to add some basic decoration on the inside by stamping the beehive in the bottom corner and the sentiment in the top corner in Memento Rich Cocoa.

Don't miss the other awesome creations made by the team this month.....

Introducing Lace Borders

Hello Everyone!!!  Today the JustRite team are showcasing the new Lace Borders Cling Stamp set!!  This set is so versatile that it can be used with any of the JustRite stamps to create beautiful cards!!  Today I've used it to create a soft and subtle border - you know how sometimes your card just needs that little 'something' and you can't figure out what it is??  I've found this is awesome for adding that little something to make my card POP!  :)  For this card, I wanted a subtle frame to keep the soft, delicate feel and paired it up with the sentiment from one of my FAV sets, Butterfly Garden.

I've used a base of Kraft and layered with pink bazzill and more Kraft.  At the top and bottom of this Kraft layer, I've stamped the Lace Border in Memento Angel Pink.  Through the middle I've added more pink bazzill and topped it with Echo Park Victoria Gardens DP.  Over this is some Crochet Lace and pink satin ribbon.  The sentiment is from JustRite's Butterfly Garden and has been stamped in Memento Rich Cocoa, cut with Large Circle Nestabilities and framed with pink bazzill cut with Lacey Circle Nestabilities.  Next I've punched some butterflies and added them to the side, finishing by adding pink pearls to the bodies and along the border.

Paper - Very Vanilla, Kraft, Pink Bazzill, Echo Park Victoria Gardens DP
Ink - Memento Rich Cocoa, Memento Angel Pink

Sweet Strawberries

Hello Everyone!!!  Today I played along with the Featured Stamper challenge which is honouring Bensarmom.  I chose to case her Silhouette Flower card and changed the image and sentiment, keeping the overall design and colours.

I started with a base of Riding Hood Red and layered with black and two pieces of Cosmo Cricket Odds and Ends DP.  It's taken me a while to cut into this paper 'cause it's just soooooooo pretty!!!  :)  Over the join I've added a piece of red satin ribbon.  I've stamped the image from Flourishes' Strawberries set in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copic Markers (R02, R32, R35, R37, R39, RV99, YG00, G20, G21, G24, G28, C3, BG0000, BG000, 0).  I've cut it out with Labels 17 Nestabilities and handcut the black mat behind it with scissors.  Next I've stamped the sentiment from Flourishes' Tag Lines set and cut it out with Fancy Tags Shapeabilities, snipping off the extra pieces and matting it with red cut with the same die.  To finish I've accented with clear rhinestones on the sentiment panel and in the corners.

Stamps - Strawberries, Tag Lines (Flourishes)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Riding Hood Red, Black, Cosmo Cricket Odd and Ends DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Labels 17 Nestabilities, Fancy Tags, Kaisercraft Silver Rhinestones, Foam Tape.

Inspired Daffodils

Hello Everyone!!!  Today's card is a quick one I whipped up for this week's Inspiration Challenge over at Splitcoast.  I saw this darling daffodil cupckake with blue icing and it became the one that inspired this card!!  :)

Ballet Goodbye

Hello Everyone!!  I was asked by a dear friend of mine if I could make a good bye card for her daughter's ballet teacher (who happens to have the same name as me.....but no, I'm not going anywhere!!  ;)  ).  I thought this sweet La La Land Ballet Marci would be perfect.  :)  My friend really wanted to put "Good Bye Miss Kathy" on it, so I pulled out my JustRite 15pt Times New Roman Font to create the custom sentiment!!

The base is made of pink bazzill in a long card (my friend wanted lots of room to write) and layered with white and some MME Quite Contrary DP.  Across this is some Old Olive punched with Fiskars Upper Crest border punch, layered with white and more MME DP.  Over this I've added some white satin ribbon.  I've stamped Marci in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (E000, E01, E11, RV10, RV21, RV13, G20, G21, V12, V15, E50, E51, E53, YR21).  I've cut her out with scissors and popped her up on foam tape over a layer of Old Olive cut with Beaded Ovals Nestabilites and white cut with Large Oval Nestabilities.  Next I've added some corner decorations and a rhinestone, the sentiment stamped and cut into a notched tag and secured to the ribbon with a bow.

Stamps - Ballet Marci (La La Land Crafts), 15pt Times New Roman Font (JustRite)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Pink Bazzill, White, Old Olive, MME Quite Contrary DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Large Oval and Beaded Oval Nestabilities, Fiskars Upper Crest Border Punch, White Satin Ribbon, Bow Easy, Kaisercraft Silver Rhinestones, Cuttlebug Vintage Dies, Scissors, Foam Tape.
