Beautiful World Tour - Off The Page

Hello Everyone and welcome to another Beautiful World Tour!!  If you've jetted in from Naomi's Blog then you are in the right place!  If not, you may want to commence your tour back at Flourishes HQ!  :)  Our team live all over the world and have gorgeous eye candy just waiting for you today!

Did you know that your travel around the Flourishes World gives you the opportunity to WIN a free FLOURISHES STAMP SET?? All we ask is that you leave a comment on each designers blog by November 30th for your chance to win!!

Today our lovely hostess is the incredibly talented Bridget who has inspired us to go Off The Page!!  Since Christmas is only just around the corner, I've decided to make an ornament for our tree!  :)

I've used Sweets of the Season for my image and sentiment because those canes are just too cute!  The candy canes have been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto blending card and then fussy cut.  The sentiment has been stamped and then cut out with Flourishes Perfectly Pierced Classic Hourglass Die.  To create the ornament I've cut some green with Spellbinders Tear Drops Circles die, matted with white cut with Stately Circles die,  matted with a rosette made with Bo Bunny DP and then finally matted with white cut with Delicate Doilies Die.  I've attached the red ribbon to the back of the ornament and secured it with a circle of white on the back.

The next destination on the tour today is.......SLOVENIA!!!

Love those sweet little candy canes coloured so beautifully and the way you've got it all popped up on a snowflake and fanned circle makes this so creative and cute, Kathy - I think this will inspire a lot of people to give it a try and create ornaments!!

Such a beautiful ornament, and a clever what to showcase not only the lovely images, but "off the page" interpretation. Gorgeous and inspiring!
