ODBD March Release!

Hello Everyone!!  Today the ODBD Team are bringing you all the newest stamps and dies for the March Release!!  For me, today is all about Daffodils!  ODBD have brought out this super cute Daffodils set which included a variety of sentiments AND you can purchase the matching Daffodil Die!!  Sigh - don't you love matching dies!?!  For today's card I've also used two more brand new dies - get those Side Step Cards done in a snap with the new Side Step Card Die and you can decorate with the new Circle Scalloped Rectangles Dies!!

As exciting as it is to see new releases, there is also a chance to WIN some goodies for yourself!!
Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 Gift Code to the ODBD Website  just for commenting on the Design Team cards!  You have until March 2, 2017 at 9:00 p.m. USA EST to leave your comments on the Designers Blogs for a chance to win!  The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on March 6th, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!

This card is really easy to make!  Use the Side Step Card Die to cut a piece of white card and fold into shape.  I've then cut some Plum Pizzazz paper to create the yellow patterned paper layers.  Next I've used Circle Scalloped Rectangles Dies to cut two pieces of Soft Sky - one I've used whole on the left side, the other I've cut in half to create the smaller blue middle step on the right side.  I've then used the smallest die from the same set to cut a piece of white card and stamped the sentiment from Daffodils in the centre.  I've cut some Old Olive using Pennant Flags Dies and added them as shown and then popped up the sentiment at the top.  Next I've stamped the Daffodils image in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (Y11, Y21, Y35, Y38, YR12, YR23, YG11, YG13, YG17).  Then cut out with the matching Daffodil Die (soooooooo easy!) and pop up on foam tape.  To finish I've add a piece of hemp twine to the main panel and some small yellow pearls to the middle step.

Stamps - Daffodils
Paper - ODBD Plum Pizzazz Paper Collection, X-press It Blending Card, White, Soft Sky, Old Olive
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - ODBD Daffodil Die, Circle Scalloped Rectangles Dies, Side Step Card Die, Pennant Flags Dies, Copic Markers, Yellow Pearls, X-press It Foam Tape

Of course you don't want to miss the creations the Breadsticks have for you today, so make sure you swing by these blogs and leave a little love for your chance to win!

I never would have thought to use blue with these Daffodils but it works and it works very well. Congrats on a great color combo.
