SC297 Good News

Hi Everyone!  Today's card is for this week's SCS Sketch Challenge and I finally get to use my new ODBD stamps!

I started with Pink Pirouette and layered with white and some Gossamer DP.  The next panel is more white punched with the MS Iron Gate Border Punch and topped with more Gossamer on which I stamped the verse from the new Never Thirst set.  For the horizontal panel, I made it a wide pink satin ribbon.  I stamped the image from Never Thirst in Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured it with Copics (BG0000, YG91, 93, 95, E31, E33, E35, E37, E25, E53, E55, C1, C3, R81, R83, 0).  It was cut out with Label 11 Nestabilities and then I ran the BG0000 marker around the edge for a little definition and then popped it up on foam tape.  I finished by adding a few pearls to the corner.

Stamps - Never Thirst (ODBD)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Pink Pirouette, White, Memory Box Gossamer DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Label 11 Nestabilities, Martha Stewart Iron Gate Border Punch, Pink Satin Ribbon, Kaisercraft Snow Pearls, Foam Tape.

That's all for today, thanks for visiting!!  :)

This reminds me of the well at my grandmother's farm which my brother and I love to use for a cold drink of water. Beautifully coloured and farmed. Great card as always.
