Hello Everyone!! It's Day 5 of the Power Poppy October Release and today we are showcasing the last set called Glistening Paperwhites! This special grouping will breathe a whoosh of fresh air into your cardmaking, with an illustration of classic Paperwhites paired with Juniper and Seeded Eucalyptus. I just love that there is some Eucalyptus in this set since for Aussies like me, Christmas is a time we spend outdoors and the Eucalyptus (or Gum Trees as we call them) are everywhere!
I've used a base of Marina Mist, layered with white pierced around the edges and topped with silver paper. Around this I've attached some wide white satin ribbon. Next I added a piece of Marina Mist cut with Majestic Labels 25 and over all the layers added some blue and white satin ribbons. I've stamped this gorgeous image and sentiment from Glistening Paperwhites in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (B0000, B000, B00, B01, B32, B34, B37, E21, E23, E25, E27, YG0000, YG61, YG63, YG67, YG99, C0, C1) and also added some Clear Spica to the flowers to make them sparkle!
It's been cut out with Labels 25 Die and glued to the front of the card. To finish I've added a white bow and a few rhinestones.

Kathy!! This is gorgeous, and your coloring is absolutely exquisite! I love the richness of your coloring and how these paperwhites just leap from the card and say, "see us...are we not gorgeous???" Marina Mist is a perfect color, and I love the layout with your luscious ribbon bow! And I love how you've brought forward this floral array with the more turquoise blues and really bring out the white. And I love the sparkle you've added (in the close-up photo).
