Hello Everyone!! Today's card is another one I made for the Dare to get Dirty challenges over at SCS. I've combined two challenges for this one - Julies' and Ryann's - both of which totally freaked me out I have to say! To explain why this looks very different to the sorts of things I normally do - I had to make it Clean and Simple, minimal layers (What!!!), No patterned paper (What!!!!), NO RIBBON (WHAT!!!!) and on and on it went.....honestly very scary!!! :) So with the restrictions, this is what I ended up with. I made the flower using the Dahlia Nestabilities, the leaves with the SU Little Leaves Sizzlet, a bit of Faux stitching (which to be brutally honest is straighter than my sewing anyway), a Label 10 panel embossed with the Jamara EF. The sentiment is from JustRite's new
All Occasions Nested Sentiments and Verse which I cut into a notched tag.

Wowww, what a gorgeous card!....especiallly considering you couldn't use ribbon. That big dahlia with the leaves is the perfect embellishment....so eye catching!

Oh my goodness, the flower is stunning and with the white the whole card is so elegant.
I love the newish JR Sentiments, good to have some in that size! And great job with these challenges, that's what they are after all--eek becomes ok I can do it!! Looks great!
