Hello Everyone!!! Today I played along with the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge! I really liked this sketch and loved the way this one turned out - not to mention had a lot of fun playing with dies!!! Hee Hee!!! :)
I've used a base of aqua bazzill, chocolate chip and some Odds and Ends DP. The middle panel is more chocolate and the flip side of the Odds and Ends DP. I stamped the PI girl from You're So Tweet in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (E000, E01, E11, E50, E51, E53, B00, B02, B04, G40, G82, R35, R37, E33, E35, E37, E47, 0). I cut her out and popped her up on foam tape over a layer of very vanilla (pierced) and a riding hood red lacey circle. The sentiment is from the same set and made into a notched tag. I used my new Fancy Flourish and Prima Donna Petals die-namics to create the flower feature. Be prepared to see more of these flowers!!!! :)

MFTWSC39 Feel Better
Hello Everyone and Happy World Card Making Day!!!! :) I hope you all have a chance to get inky this week-end to celebrate!!
Today I'm playing along with the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge - a nice easy one this week (even if there is a tilted panel!!!!). I have wanted this cute little My Umbrella girl for long time and she FINALLY came to live at my place recently, so I decided today was the day to ink her up!!
I've used a base of Riding Hood Red, Very Vanilla, Chocolate chip and some October Afternoon Modern Homemaker DP. Across this I've added some chocolate satin ribbon and some yellow satin ribbon. The middle panel is more Vanilla, a strip of chocolate punched with the SU Scallop punch and more Homemaker DP. The sweet PI girl has been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (E000, E01, E11, E21, E23, E25, BG11, BG13, BG72, BG75). I've paper pieced her raincoat with more Homemaker DP and popped the whole thing up on foam tape. The sentiment is from the same set and has been cut out with Labels 18 Nestabilities, ran a BG11 marker around the edge and pierced underneath it. To finish I've added some bling, a bow and a rose! :)

WSC34 Baby Boy
Hello Everyone!! Today's card is for this week's My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Normally panels on angels freak me out a bit, but I do like this sketch and thought I'd play along - it's been far too long since the last time I joined in. I needed to make a baby card and this super cute Bundle of Baby a la mode came to live at my place this week and thought it would be perfect to ink up for this sketch! :)
I started with some dark aqua bazzill, layered with white (pierced), green bazzill and some DCWV Nana's Nursery DP. I've then added some green satin ribbon down the side. I've used the Spellbinders Mega Rectangles to cut a piece of DCWV DP and also a piece of white. The white was embossed with the Stars EF and then matted with green cut with the matching scallop nestie. The sentiment is from Bundle of Baby by MFT and has been stamped on white and cut with Labels 4 Nestabilities and adhered under the DP panel. I've stamped the a la mode girl from Bundle of Baby in Memento Tuxedo Black on X-press It Blending Card and coloured it with Copics (E000, E01, B32, B34, B37, G20, G21, Y21, Y35, Y38, YR00, E31, E33, E35, E37). I've cut her out and popped her up on foam tape. To finish I've added a bow to the ribbon and a couple of silver pearls to the DP panel.

Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Aqua and Green Bazzill, White, DCWV Nana's Nursery DP

You Make Me Happy
Hello Everyone!! Today I played along with the Wednesday Sketch Challenge hosted by My Favorite Things. After I discovered one of my favourite weekly sketch challenges was not continuing this year, I was thrilled to find a new one!! :) Although I've been looking at the MFT stamps for some time, it was only recently that I've acquired some of my very own - this adorable Pure Innocence girl comes care of my dear, sweet friend Lori!! Then just yesterday this fabbo pennant die-namics came to live at my place!! (Yes, I know the sketch calls for a double scalloped edge - but I wanted to use my new die!)
I started with a base of aqua bazzill and layered with Very Vanilla and some MME paper from my stash. The five little panels at the bottom are more MME paper and matted with more aqua. Over this I attached some pink dotty ribbon. The sentiment is from Being Cute Is What I Do by MFT, stamped on VV and die cut using the Nested Frame Dies by JustRite. The pennant is made from aqua and vanilla card and I've stamped 'happy' from the sentiment on each one along with the flower from the girl's shirt and 'strung it up' on more pink ribbon. The image is also from Being Cute Is What I Do and has been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copics (E33, E35, E37, E97, E50, E53, E000, E01, R20, R83, R85, BG11, BG13, BG72, B91, B93, B95, B97). She's been cut out and popped up on foam tape on a layer of embossed vanilla matted with more pink.
Stamps - Being Cute Is What I Do (MFT)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Aqua and Pink Bazzill, Very Vanilla, MME Quite Contrary DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Pennant Die-namics, Nested Frame Dies, Small and Large Oval Nestabilities, Stylized Flowers EF, Pink Dotted Grosgrain Ribbon, Foam Tape.
