MTSC78 Sweet Fuchsia

Hello Everyone!!  I had extra play time today and decided to do this week's Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge.  I really love Mercy's challenges - you can keep them simple or layer them up!  :)

I started with a white base and layered with some pink bazzill and layering again with a piece of embossed white.  The next panel is Close to Cocoa punched on one edge with the Martha Stewart Arch Lattice Border Punch and layered with more pink and then some SEI First Kiss DSP.  Around the top of this panel I added some May Arts White Satin Ribbon.  On the feature panel I've stamped the fuchsia from ODBD's set, God Loves You, in Memento Tuxedo Black on X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copic Markers (YG03, BV00, BV02, RV21, RV13).  I cut it out with Large Circle Nestabilities and sponged a little Memento Bamboo Leaves around the edge and matted it with a piece of pink cut with Big Scallop Circles and popped it up on foam tape.  To finish I added a big white bow to the ribbon using my Bow Easy and topped with a pink button and some silver cord.

Stamps - God Loves You (ODBD)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, White, Pink Bazzill, Close to Cocoa, SEI First Kiss DSP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black and Memento Bamboo Leaves
Accessories - Copics, Big Scallop Circles, Large Classic Circles, Martha Stewart Arch Lattice Border Punch, May Arts White Satin Ribbon, Bow Easy, Pink Button, Silver Cord, Gootchi Script EF, Foam Tape.

That's all for today, thanks for visiting!!!!  :)

Beautifully done, Kathy :D Your bow is fabulous and I love the silver twine bow on the button. Great use of that DP too. Have that pattern in a pack I got and was stumped on using it - now I have inspiration :D
