Colouring Orchids

Hello Everyone!!!  There's a tutorial on the Flourishes Blog on how I colour these gorgeous Cattleya Orchids - both step by step photos and a video!  You can check it out HERE!!

The card itself is made of a base of Vintage Pink Bazzill and layered with white and Aqua Bazzill and topped with a piece of MME Blush DP.  The middle panel is more white topped with another piece of Blush DP.  Across this I've added a white panel that has been punched with the Iron Gate Punch and stamped the sentiment from Motherly Love in the top corner.  Across it is another piece of pink bazzill and topped with White Crochet Lace.  The Cattleyas are from the Orchids stamp set and have been coloured with Copics (you can find all that info HERE), cut with Large Oval Nestabilites and matted with pink cut with Lacey Oval Nestabilities.  To finish I've added a couple of white pearls to the top corner.

Stamps - Orchids, Motherly Love (Flourishes)
Paper - Vintage Pink Bazzill, White, Aqua Bazzill, MME Blush DP
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories - Copics, Large Oval and Lacey Oval Nestabilities, White Crochet Lace, MS Iron Gate Punch, Kaisercraft White Pearls.

Thanks for visiting and hope you are inspired to stamp!!

Love orchids and miss seeing them in the trees like we had them in Costa Rica. Fabulously coloured and a gorgeous card.
