ODBD October Release

Hello Everyone!!  Today I can announce that I've joined the Our Daily Bread Designs Alumni Team!!  It has been many years since I've been a Breadstick, but I have to say it's lovely to be back with such a great group of girls and it feels a lot like 'coming home'.  A big thank you to Kelley and the girls for such a big welcome to the family!  :)  Today is also the ODBD October Release and the Design Team have lots of amazing creations to inspire you that you are sure to love!  Also - did you know there are prizes to be won??

Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 Gift Code to the ODBD Website  just for commenting on the Design Team cards!  You have until October 2, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. USA EDT to leave your comments on the Designers Blogs for a chance to win!  The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on October 3rd, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!

I have Our Savior's Birth to play with this month and I think this is the very first Nativity stamp that I've owned (how on earth have I gone this long without one??) so it was fun to colour this one up!  I stamped the image from Our Savior's Birth in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured with Copic Markers (a LOT of Copics...E000, E01, E11, E13, E15, E30, E31, E33, E35, E37, E39, B00, B12, B14, B45, W0, W1, W3, YG91, YG93, YG95, YG97, 51, E53, E55, E57, E81, E84, E87, E89, YR30).  I've then cut it out with Pierced Circles Dies.  I then created the base of Kraft card and added a strip of Marina Mist.  I've then taken some Very Vanilla and cut it with Lavish Layers Dies, topping it with more Marina Mist also cut with the next die from Lavish Layers Dies.  On top of this I've added a piece of Vintage Ephemera Collection paper.  I've popped this whole panel up on foam tape and then added the image panel on top, also on foam tape.  To finish I've added a few pearls to the corners.

Stamps - Our Savior's Birth (ODBD)
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, Vintage Ephemera Collection Paper Pad, Kraft, Marina Mist, Very Vanilla
Accessories - Copics, ODBD Pierced Circles Dies, ODBD Lavish Layers Dies, X-press It Foam Tape, Kaisercraft Pearls

I'm sure you can't wait to see what the other Breadsticks have been busy making, so pop by these blogs and don't forget to comment for your chance to win!!
