Flourishes Sketch Challenge!

Today Flourishes are celebrating one year of their Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenges!!!  To celebrate there will be SIX challenges this week!!!  The first is a sketch challenge hosted by Cindy and I decided to use Spring Ephemerals!!  If you want to play along, check out the sketch at the Flourishes Blog and link to Mr Linky!  If you upload to SCS use the code FTTC52A so everyone can find your creation!!!!

I started with a base of black card and layered with red and some Bo Bunny PP.  I cut four squares of black card for the four panels of the sketch.  Next I stamped the Bleeding Heart from Spring Ephemerals in Black on Very Vanilla and cut it out with Circle Nestabilities and matted with a circle of Red card.  Across the bottom I added some black satin ribbon and notched the end.  I stamped the sentiment from Spring Ephemerals in Real Red ink and cut it out with Fancy Tags (sponging the embossed ends with more red ink) and popped it on top of the satin ribbon.  I finished by adding some Red Kaisercraft Pearls to the circle panel.

Stamps - Spring Ephemerals (Flourishes)
Paper - Black, Red, Very Vanilla, Bo Bunny DP
Ink - Black Versacolor, Real Red
Accessories - Small and Large Circle Nestabilities, Black Satin Ribbon, Fancy Tags, Sponge, Foam Tape.

There's more challenge cards coming so pop back soon!!!  :)

Ah yes, bleeding hearts. Love the silhouette and how you've added the red half pearls on to the circle. Great DP and I love the layered sentiment panel too :D
